Orders will usually ship within 3-5 business days of purchase (not including major holidays). Please note that orders placed after 5 pm PST will be processed the following business day. If you need your order sooner or by a particular date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try out best to accommodate your request. All domestic orders will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which usually arrives within 2-4 business days, barring any delays on the part of USPS. We will provide shipment confirmation with delivery tracking (domestic shipments) to the email you provided at time of check out. Once an order is shipped to the address provided we cannot accept responsibility for any delays or lost packages. We highly recommend signing up for tracking notifications with USPS once you receive your confirmation notice to help ensure you receive your package safely.
If you are outside of the US and would like to place an order, we currently charge a starting flat rate shipping cost of $25 USD. Should shipping costs significantly exceed this flat rate, we will email customers regarding the difference prior to mailing an order. Customers with international orders are responsible for taxes and duties incurred on international shipments. Please contact your local customs office regarding taxes and duties.
Wholesale orders will typically ship within 5-10 business days once payment of invoice is completed. We do not ship to drop service addresses. Please note, once an order is shipped to the address provided we cannot accept responsibility for any delays or lost packages.
We take great care to ensure each OSW product meets our standards for high quality, sustainability, and social responsibility. That said, we are happy to accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the customer receiving their order. The product must be unused and have original tags attached if applicable. Refunds will be issued on the card used to purchase once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise. Our Sacred Women reserves the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements.
